FarSight Homes is proud to announce the official ground breaking for a new corporate headquarters in Stouffville, Ontario. The facility, once built, will be a legacy achievement and will serve the needs of our buyers today and in the future. The new corporate offices will be located just east of the 404 – north of Stouffville Road and is the gateway to Stouffville.
“The ground breaking ceremony marks the end of a cumulative 5 years of hard work and dedication and the start of the next chapter for FarSight Homes,” explains Richard Schickedanz. “We’ve outgrown our current offices and as we continue to grow as a company, this construction and upcoming move are long overdue.”
"We are always grateful when businesses decide to make Stouffville their permanent home,” said Mayor Iain Lovatt. “FarSight Homes’ head office will be a welcome addition to Gormley and will sit proudly on Stouffville Road for all who enter our municipality to see.”
"Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, material availability has become a challenge,” admits Johnathan Schickedanz. “But we are moving forward, and with the hopes of good weather on our side in the months and year ahead, we’re excited to see our dream become an exciting reality!”
Designed by world renowned architect Richard Wengle, the impressive multi-use facility pays homage to Whitchurch-Stouffville’s farming and agricultural heritage. Once completed, it will offer more than 12,000 sq. ft. and be home to FarSight’s corporate offices and a central décor centre for future communities, as well as facilities for maintenance of our fleet of equipment, trucks, and tools. It will be located at the gateway to Stouffville, just east of Highway 404 and north of Stouffville Road.
