Our story begins with three generations of building expertise. Starting with Daniel Schickedanz, co-founder of leading North American builder/developer Schickedanz Bros. Limited, our family’s history is deeply rooted in the industry. It’s a trade we learned around the kitchen table, brothers and sons both, culminating in a shared passion for building communities we would be proud to call our own.
Together, brothers Rick and Bob and sons Johnathan and David bring a hands-on approach to homebuilding to every new project. Backed by strong foundations in land acquisition, community development, home design, and construction, we pave the way for the future of real estate development.
